  • I am having trouble ordering. What can I do?

  • How long do your products last?
    Our products are made fresh and without any preservatives. Our Sunflower Cream Cheeses are shipped fresh with a corresponding expiration date (~5-12 weeks). We advise consuming within 7-10 days of opening. ALL cheeses can be frozen to preserve the shelf life. Freeze within 1 week of receiving and thaw overnight in the fridge when ready to consume. Consume within 7 days of thawing. The Egg[Limited Edition] is currently shipped frozen. Thaw 18-24 hours in the refrigerator when ready to consume. Consume within 5 days of thawing.
  • Are your products plantbased, paleo, and keto?"
    Yes, they are! However, the Cinn may not be as keto friendly.
  • Are your products certified dairy and/or nut free?
    No, they are not. There may be traces of dairy and/or nuts in your products as we are not certified allergen-free.
  • Are your products gluten free and/or soy free?
    We don't use these ingredients, however, there may be traces of gluten and/or soy in your products as we are not certified allergen-free.
  • Tell me about shipping?!
    FREE SHIPPIING if your order >= $39.99. ECO SHIPPING!! sperofoods.co/shipping -- 2-Day Cold Shipping with insulated liners (products are perishable; Cheeses must be refrigerated upon arrival; The Egg ships frozen). Orders are shipped M-W's. Your order will be shipped in ~1-2 weeks from order date! :)
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not yet :) Subscribe and stay tuned. Canada is our first stop. The rest are far away right now.
  • I am having site issues. Some of the design appears off.
    Please report it below! But, first check your browser's version and make sure it's up-to-date with the 2019 versions of Chrome, Safari, and/or whatever else you may be using.
  • What are your products' ingredients?
    Click on any product in our online shopping center. Then for each product, you will see a photo-- in the carousel of photos-- that contains an image of the nutrition facts. In that same image, the ingredients are listed.
  • When will you be at my store?!
    Contact your local grocery store and request the Spero Foods products! Tell them to contact buyers@sperofoods.co. Alternatively, you can fill out our Store Request Form here.
  • Are your products safe for individuals with allergies?
    Our products are not certified allergen-free, so there may be cross-contamination with common allergens, and thus we cannot guarantee that they are safe for individuals with severe allergies. We advise you consult with your physician to determine what is safe for you. <3
